Wheel Of Fortune is experiencing big changes with Ryan Seacrest taking over for longtime host, Pat Sajak. Although several episodes have aired for Season 42, now a player gives a surprising truth about Ryan and how he is behind the scenes of the show.

A contestant on the Monday, November 18 episode of Wheel Of Fortune, Lindsay Demsky gave her review of Ryan Seacrest on Reddit the next day. She shared some details about her experience interacting with him. With her input, viewers get an idea about what Ryan is like when the cameras aren’t rolling. She mentions they started their day with a practice session, rehearsal, and the randomized division of the group of players. They were taken to a “big empty warehouse-type area.” She adds, “We had a talk from a lawyer right off the bat. He was pretty funny too. They went over what to expect for the day.”
All in all, Lindsay Demsky discussed she had a nice experience. She said, “Now we practiced our intros and spinning the wheel. One of the producers acted as Ryan.” Lindsay’s intro sweetly included how her family usually gets doughnuts before watching a Thanksgiving parade in Detroit. Likewise, she got a surprise “Thank you” from Ruben Studdard for her secretly helping him win on American Idol. Then, the Redditor adds, “Three people went up at a time, and we basically played a mini-game. Spun the wheel, shouted out random letters to practice enunciating and our intros.” But Lindsay also talks about her time interacting with Ryan when the cameras were off.

On Reddit, Lindsay Demsky raves, Ryan Seacrest is “SO friendly during the commercial breaks.” Furthermore, she says it was a complete discussion. She said he “had individual conversations with each of [the contestants].” Likewise, he “would talk to the audience” too. Undoubtedly, it was heartwarming to know that Ryan is courteous on and off screen and makes many gestures to include everyone. She says, he “was just the absolute best.” One thing she noted, while talking she paused in disbelief, “I can’t believe I’m literally talking to you right now.” Ryan was gracious about her complimentary comment and took her random gushing spill in stride.
Beyond Impressed By Ryan Seacrest
One moment in particular stood out to Lindsay Demsky about Ryan Seacrest. She said, “When I was talking to [Seacrest] and a producer interrupted to say something to him. I figured that was the end of the conversation, and then he turned to me and said ‘Sorry, go on!’ It was so small but so NICE and polite.” Markedly, she was surprised by how much effort he made. She remarked, “He genuinely cared about the conversations he was having!” Likewise, Ryan felt very authentic to her on and off camera. She noted, that he “was visibly touched,” when offered the compliment he is doing an “amazing job as host.”

Overall, she adds, “It took about an hour to film the episode.” Likewise, they endured a few issues, she said, “the fire alarm and a couple of technical difficulties” occurred. Notably, she said the producers were amazing. Furthermore, she shares, “They really made us all feel like we belonged there. Everyone on the set had such a positive attitude.”
