American Idol: Adam Lambert

American Idol alum Adam Lambert is showing off impressive weight loss based on the latest updates from the singer. So, what did he do to shed all of the weight, and what does he look like now?

Adam Lambert Got National Attention On American Idol

With as long as it has been on the air, American Idol has launched numerous careers in the last two decades. The show continues to prove, even in current seasons, that you don’t have to win the whole thing to be successful. Popular names like Jennifer Hudson and Chris Daughtry come to mind when you think of non-winners who went on to have successful careers.

Adam Lambert is a similar success story with American Idol origins. Since auditioning for the reality singing competition years ago, he has gone on to have one of the more accomplished careers in music, especially among contemporary artists.

Lambert Flaunts Impressive Weight Loss

While in New York City recently, Adam Lambert was seen flaunting his considerably slimmer figure. It turns out, he dropped an impressive 60 pounds, and the results speak for themselves. Adam typically wears a lot of eye-catching clothing as a way to express his individual sense of style, and based on this recent weight loss, he is going to need an entirely new wardrobe.

The 42-year-old Lambert rocked it recently in a blue suit. His style game is always on point, and now, he has a much slimmer physique to work with and show off. As someone who is in the public eye and often photographed, there are even more reasons to catch him and his weight loss success.

How Did Adam Lambert Slim Down?

Like many of the Hollywood elite, Adam Lambert got a kickstart to his weight loss when he started taking Mounjaro. Similar to Ozempic, Mounjaro is a type 2 diabetes weight loss medication. Lambert took the drug for eight months, which helped him shed an impressive 60 pounds in the process.

Weight loss drugs of this nature are all the rage among the rich and famous. In this regard, it’s not surprising that Lambert would try it as well. Based on the results alone, it certainly seems to have been a great choice for him.

According to Lambert, he started off on Ozempic, but the side effects were “too intense.” He eventually made the switch to Mounjaro, and it seems to be working out well for him.

Lambert said: “I feel better, I feel more confident. I feel like my actual body feels better, like my digestive system feels more regulated.”
