However, it now sounds like Kim will be hiring her own attorney, as she is planning to “lawyer up” and fight Kanye West for custody of their kids.

Kim Kardashian is planning to “lawyer up” to battle Kanye West in a new custody battle. This is a new report from sources close to the Kardashians who say that Kim is getting ready for the fight after she learned he might be leaving the United States.
It seems that there are some charges leveled at Kanye West by his former assistant. At the same time, it sounds like he might be ready to leave the United States. This has Kim Kardashian worried, thanks to their custody arrangement.
“Rumors have been swirling for a while that Kanye intends to relocate to Tokyo and renegotiate his custody terms with Kim, because he’ll want the kids to travel there frequently once he’s settled,” a source said (via Closer Weekly)
Kim and Kanye share four kids: North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5. Even after their messy divorce, Kim said that Kanye would always be family. However, if he plans to move to Tokyo, she has reservations about how much she wants her kids out of the country.
Kim Kardashian Not On Board With Constant Trips To Japan
According to the source, Kim Kardashian is not happy with the idea of the kids being shipped back and forth from the United States to Tokyo. The source said this “throws a wrench” into the shared parenting schedule she set up with him.
“It obviously poses all sorts of complications and challenges from a logistical point of view, and Kim’s very worried about what the future holds if he goes ahead,” the source said. They also said that Kim would “lawyer up” and “fight him every step” if that was what she felt she needed to do.
There are also allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. She worked for him in 2021 and 2022. In the allegations, she said he committed “sexual battery” when he gave her a laced drink while in a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs. This is tough, especially with everything that has come out recently about Diddy.
“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” Kanye’s attorney said.
