‘Golden Bachelorette’ Is Jordan Heller The Next ‘Golden Bachelor’?

Now that Golden Bachelorette Season 1 is wrapping up, all eyes are on Golden Bachelor. While a Season 2 hasn’t been announced just yet, that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating. One theory that they have is that Jordan Heller might be at the helm of the potential upcoming season. Read on to find out his chances.

Jordan Heller’s Golden Bachelor Odds

From a general standpoint, Jordan has a great chance of being the next Golden Bachelor. For starters, most leads for seasons within the Bachelor franchise were contestants on previous seasons.

That fact alone makes Heller a contender for the role. Plus, since he nearly made it to the finale of Golden Bachelorette, he’s a well-known contestant, which is also a perk. A determining factor that has been skewed  over the years is season placement.

In previous seasons within the franchise, the lead is usually someone who was the runner-up or placed third in their original season. In recent times, that hasn’t been the case.

For reference, Joan was a contestant on Gerry Turner’s season of The Golden Bachelor. She self-eliminated in Week 12 and even though there were almost a dozen women who left after her, she was still chosen to be the next star.

It’s unclear whether or not it makes a difference that Jordan made it far in the competition.

Jordan’s Golden Bachelorette Journey

Jordan was someone who caught Joan’s attention straight out of the gate. The two seemed to hit it off throughout the weeks and even made it to the hometown phase. That was the moment, though, when it all fell apart.

The potential couple traveled to Chicago, where Heller introduced her to his family. Joan seemed to get along great with them, and even poked fun at the pair’s infamous ice-skating date.

It was during all of this alone time that Vassos faced the fact that she just didn’t have the strongest connection to Jordan, in comparison to the others. She also reflected on the fact that he doesn’t open up to her as much as she wanted him to.

All of these factors led to her eliminating him, ending their chances of being together, at least for the near future. It all worked out for the best, considering Heller confided in his daughter that he wasn’t ready to make any big steps with Joan anytime soon.

Fans Are Rooting For Jordan Heller

Fans have been discussing who should be the next Golden Bachelor for a while now. A lot of names have been predicted, and one name in particular keeps coming up.

Before he was even eliminated, viewers shared their approval for Jordan to be chosen as the franchise’s next leading man.
