Instead of moving to NYC, the couple are considering staying in Los Angeles for a while. They live there temporarily while Joey competes on Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars. But after his time on the show wraps up, they plan to stay in California.

Moving to NYC was Kelsey’s dream but she told Jason Tartick that she’s starting to love Los Angeles, so it was an easy compromise to make.

Kelsey Anderson Talks Struggles With Conversation

Kelsey Anderson charmed Joey Graziadei and viewers when she was on The Bachelor. But she revealed to Jason Tartick that she has ADHD, which can make conversations difficult for her.

She admitted that she often interrupts other people by blurting out whatever she is thinking at the moment. One of the symptoms of ADHD is the inability to focus.

How She Manages ADHD

The runway model revealed her secret way of managing her ADHD and not interrupt conversations. “Whenever a thought pops in my brain that I’m like, ‘Oh, I really wanna say this,’ instead of immediately blurting it out, I’ll do the sign language of the first letter of what I’m thinking of,” she explained to Jason Tartick.

For example, “Like, ‘Oh, I wanna talk about these animals,’ [so] I do an ‘A’ in my hand, and I keep it right here until he’s done talking, and then I’ll be like, ‘A, animal. Oh, I wanna tell you,’ “

Kelsey Anderson admitted to only knowing the alphabet in sign language. One of her Bachelor co-stars, Daisy Kent, is deaf, but doesn’t know sign language and relies on a cochlear implant to communicate.

She explained how her communication struggles compare to her fiance’s ease of communicating.

“With Joey, whenever he talks to you, he, like, really is engaged in the conversation, and he gives you his full attention. I love that because I try to do that. I know with my ADHD, sometimes it’s hard.“
