Now, one of the biggest struggles former NFL offensive linemen have is losing weight. Most weigh between 280 and 330 pounds for a large part of their life.

Even though they’re professional athletes, it’s not healthy to keep your body weight that high for such an extended amount of time. That’s why fans see so many former NFL linemen lose weight after they retire. However, Kylie has told Jason something vital about his post-retirement figure but what is it?

In a recent episode of the Centered on Buffalo podcast, Jason talked about his wife expressing her desire for him to keep the dad bod. He said Kylie told him, “I was working out the other day, and Ky was like, ‘If you get a six-pack, I will be furious.’ I’m like, alright. I guess that’s not happening.” Jason revealed he’s already lost more than 20 pounds since retiring from the NFL, something the former center should be proud of.
