A fed-up Bachelor Nation viewer took to Reddit earlier this week to vent about a controversial alum from the franchise. They claimed that the former Bachelor contestant was begging fans for money while simultaneously bragging about a pricey home upgrade.
Taylor Nolan was a contestant on Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor. She went on to join Season 4 of Bachelor In Paradise. That was the season fan favorites Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk met and fell in love. Taylor actually got engaged to Derek Perth on the Season 4 finale but they split after less than a year.
According to the Reddit user, Taylor Nolan regularly “[Whines] that she has no money, dropping her Venmo and Amazon wishlists, blaming followers for not engaging in her posts, and saying they need to support her ads for companies she doesn’t believe it. Sounds like begging to me”
A photo from the reality star’s social media indicated that she was getting heated flooring installed in her basement bathroom. Other Bachelor Nation fans reacted, with one calling Taylor Nolan a “grifter.”
Taylor Nolan’s Past Controversies
In 2021, Taylor Nolan publicly called out racism within the franchise. However, her previous social media activity resurfaced and fans were shocked to discover prior racist and sexist tweets from the Bachelor Nation star.
At one point, she was under investigation by the Washington State Department of Health. It’s unclear how the situation was revolved, but it doesn’t seem that she lost her license or had other professional repercussions.
Taylor Nolan has leaned into a career as a social media influencer since the scandal. According to the Reddit user, Taylor’s Instagram has links to her Amazon Wish List and Venmo.
