Fans Sad Sabrina Carpenter Didn't Sing At Victoria's Secret Show

Whoever planned out the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show might’ve made a huge mistake by not selecting Sabrina Carpenter as a performer. Three women were selected to perform at the show, which means this was the first time Victoria’s Secret has gone with an all-female lineup of musical artists. However, why wasn’t Sabrina one of those women?

Lisa from BLACKPINK, Tyla, and Cher certainly did a great job while performing at the show, but fans who tuned in are bummed that Sabrina wasn’t one of the starlets who took the stage. Here’s what fans have been saying since the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show ended.

Fans Were Hoping To See Sabrina Carpenter

Social media users can be brutal. This is especially true when folks are disappointed by something. That’s exactly what happened when it became abundantly clear that Sabrina wouldn’t be hitting the stage at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at any point. Fans have been expressing their frustrations on Twitter.

One commenter said: “I realize Sabrina Carpenter is on tour but she would’ve been a great performer for the VSFS now that I think about it. Hasn’t she been wearing tons of custom VS?”
“YES, I don’t understand why they did all that just to not have her perform. She’s so on brand for them too.”
“Victoria’s Secret fumbled so badly by not getting Sabrina Carpenter to perform.”
“Her whole brand being pretty, lingerie, and bouncy curls… Someone get me on the VS marketing team.”
“VSFS fumbled the bag not getting the absolute lacy pop princess Sabrina Carpenter to be the musical guest this year.”

Even though fans are clearly upset by all of this, Victoria’s Secret hasn’t responded to any of these complaints. Sabrina hasn’t spoken up to say anything regarding the show, either. Her fans are well aware that she’s been busy on tour, but it’s also true that the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show could have been scheduled in if there had been enough notice ahead of time.

Sabrina Carpenter Has Been Wearing Custom Victoria’s Secret Lingerie

Since Sabrina has already been sporting custom Victoria’s Secret lingerie pieces at her shows, it would’ve made sense for her to perform at the fashion show. As a reminder, Sabrina started her Short n’ Sweet tour in a sultry set of lingerie. It came from Victoria’s Secret in a sparkling shade of pink. She walked out on stage in a fake towel. Then, she opened it up to reveal the glittering lingerie set for all of her fans to see.

She completed the look with bedazzled stockings and strappy white heels. Sabrina could have worn any of her custom Victoria’s Secret pieces at the fashion show if she was selected to perform there. This is a big reason why so many of her fans feel frustrated.
