Keep reading for more details.

Gypsy Rose’s Shocking Advice To Menendez Brothers

Growing up, Gypsy Rose Blanchard was a victim of Munchausen by proxy at the hands of her mother, Dee Dee. She was told she was ill and needed surgeries as well as medications that she did not need. This lasted for years and her mother had no problem playing the system. Eventually, Gypsy felt like she was a prisoner and could not take it any longer. So, she met a guy online, Nick Godejohn and they started a relationship. He had various personalities so she was able to play upon one of them and he ended up killing her mother.

Gypsy was sentenced to a decade behind bars whereas Nick got life. After serving eighty-five percent of her time, Gypsy was released in December 2023. She has now started a whole new life, getting to bond with her dad who she rarely saw. Gypsy was married but is now going through a divorce and reconnected with her former fiance and they are expecting a baby girl. Lyle and Erik Menendez have claimed that they were sexually abused by their father, Jose Menendez. A new documentary has come out and with that, new evidence.

There is a chance that the Menendez brothers could get a new trial and possibly be released. That being said, what advice does Gypsy have for them if they were to reenter the world? According to In Touch Weekly, she admitted she is not well-versed in what they went through:

“It’s very difficult to come out to a world that has changed so much even in the time that I spent [in prison] … I would say take your time, you know, adjust properly. And get therapy because you need it in this kind of world [and] day and age.”

They have similar experiences but the brothers have been locked up far longer than Gypsy was. Therefore, it will be much harder to reacclimate to the outside world.

Help From Kim

Both Gypsy Rose Blanchard and the Menendez brothers have gotten assistance from Kim Kardashian. Kim went to visit Gypsy right after she was released and it was featured on The Kardashians. She said she wanted to be a victim advocate which Kim respected. Now, Kim is calling for the release of Lyle and Erik after watching their documentary. Many of her followers feel her attention should be directed elsewhere or question why she did not speak up sooner.
