‘Sister Wives’ Fans Demand ‘Deadbeat Dad’ & Robyn Be Cancelled
Sister Wives Season 19 has just aired Episode 5 and it is getting more and more difficult for fans to see Kody and Robyn Brown‘s storyline. Undeniably, this season has brought to light Meri, Janelle, and Christine Brown’s views on leaving Kody. Likewise, Robyn and Kody have been arguing about the aftermath of the plural marriage ending. Now fans are demanding that the ‘Deadbeat Dad’ Kody and his last wife, Robyn be canceled from the show.
Do Kody And Robyn Brown Still Belong?
Although Sister Wives Season 19 highlights the struggles of a plural family division, some fans think that Robyn and Kody Brown don’t have a place anymore. In the latest episode, fans saw Kody and Robyn connect with Mykelti, Tony, Avalon, and their twins, Archer and Ace. The show talks about their relationships strengthening even after Christine Brown Woolley’s exit from the family. However, later in the episode, Gabe Brown discusses how hard it is for him to stomach Robyn feeling mistreated by the family and even thinks that she often plays the “victim.”
Additionally, Robyn tears up and shares how difficult it has been for her to let go of the big family. She is heartbroken not to have Meri, Janelle, Christine, and their kids with them for the traditional large family Christmas. Undoubtedly, there is pain after the fallout from polygamy that is affecting every member of the family. Many of the kids feel abandoned and Kody doesn’t seem to want to repair the issues. Even Savanah Brown sees Kody as a “Disneyland dad” who conveniently pops in for fun and then is gone during the difficult times. Likewise, Maddie Brown Brush doesn’t want Kody to know her kids because he ditched her for years. But several of the scenes from Season 19 have portrayed Kody and Robyn’s more vulnerable sides. However, fans don’t think that Robyn and Kody deserve the airtime.

On Reddit, Sister Wives viewers are demanding that Kody and Robyn Brown be canceled. First, one user says, “Robyn & Kody should not be on the show anymore.” Then, they add, “Nothing against them, but what made the show interesting are the wives, kids and watching Kody balance it.. That ship sailed with the Las Vegas exit. Since then, the clips of them are so uninteresting. This season in particular they are SUCH a drag. With the broken relationships with the kids – does anyone really want to watch Kody & Robyns interactions? Not me. I’ve been fast forwarding through them. The other women and kids are so interesting and I would be happy just watching them. I can’t wait to see more of Meri.”
- Another viewer agrees, “Their rehearsed interactions are getting old. He built this huge family and walks away from most of them. Why does this deadbeat dad get so much air time? He should merely be a footnote in their lives. Nothing more than a sperm donor.”

Sister Wives Fans Don’t Want Kody And Robyn Brown Getting The Money
After the initial post, many other fans mention they don’t want Kody and Robyn Brown to get the profits from Sister Wives.
- “Especially this season, if you just watch recap channels on YouTube, fb, etc you won’t actually miss anything. Plus this season, I am watching full episodes through other ways because I can’t stand Kody/Robyn benefiting financially either. It’s sick how TLC made Christine and Janelle out here promoting the show doing press tours, interviews while Kody/Robyn get to film rehearsed boring storylines and not do any promotion.”
- “I am not watching it as long as they are on the show. I will get information from the internet. I just cannot stand to watch them. They are truly the worst people on tv. They do not belong on any public platform. I would watch a spin off that has anyone but them on it.”
- “I can’t watch one more episode of Robyn crying and saying the exact same things over and over again for three seasons. Please TLC. Make it stop!!! If the producers can’t get ANYTHING else out of Robyn, she should not be allowed to participate in filming. I love this show and have always watched it, but come on.
