Christina Hall’s Ex Tries To Stop Her From Selling His Residence
HGTV star Christina Hall’s ex-husband Josh is fighting tooth and nail to keep the property he currently resides in. After Josh left the marital home he shared with Christina, he reportedly took up residence in one of their Tennessee properties.
And now, Christina wants to sell it.
Of course, Josh Hall isn’t going to let that happen without a fight. This has already been an incredibly ugly break-up so far. But is it about to get worse?
Christina Hall Wants To Sell A Property, Josh Files To Stop It
The Daily Mail obtained court documents regarding Josh Hall’s attempt to stop the sale of the Tennessee home. Christina had listed the residence at $4.5 million, but he’s doing everything he can to halt it.
Court documents indicate that “Josh filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of their Franklin, TN home (also known as Parker Branch).”
He reportedly also offered to settle with Christina, but she decided to list it anyway. She allowed Josh to live there while it was unoccupied. He’s now claiming that he did move out of the house, but he feels that he’s “suffering prejudice” because his living expenses are going to increase. Josh feels angry that she listed the home without his consent or a court order.
The Daily Mail also reports that Christina purchased the property before she married Josh in 2021. However, he insists that he helped pay down a significant part of the mortgage.
“A premature sale may result in prejudice to me as property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which continues to grow in population,” Josh’s court documents allegedly say.
Meanwhile, Christina has angrily addressed her ex on social media. At first, the digs were subtle. But now, she’s in a full-on rage against Josh, even accusing him of stealing from her.

Throughout this messy divorce, Christina Hall hasn’t been at all shy about sharing her true feelings. After she publicly announced the Tennessee property was on the market, she lashed out at Josh online.
“And yes this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family. Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short term marriage is factual,” the HGTV star posted online in a lengthy rant. “Stealing my rental income for 2 of my sole and separate homes is factual (booking a cleaner does not make you a property manager) I have one who gets a % for her actual work of being a property manager.”
