Kathy Hilton is speaking out amid her sister, Kim Richards’ psychiatric hold which occurred in early September. Kim has been struggling with her sobriety and it has caused a lot of issues with her family, especially her youngest sister, Kyle Richards. So, what is Kathy saying about Kim and her well-being? Kathy Hilton Speaks Out Amid Kim Richards’ Psych Hold
For years, Kyle Richards was seen on RHOBH alongside her sister, Kim Richards. They were very close but there was a struggle to get and keep Kim sober. She had long battled alcoholism and it was never easy. Kyle once noted that she was worried she would get a call that her sister had passed away. Fortunately, Kim had sobered up and was living her best life. She and Kyle had reconciled their relationship which had been up and down and they were trying their best to get the three sisters on the same page.
Kathy Hilton had always been close with Kim but had a very contentious relationship with Kyle. Fortunately, they came back together when Kyle and her husband of nearly 30 years announced their split. Sadly, things have taken a turn and Kim had a falling out with Kyle. She relapsed though her sister had given her a place to live. Due to her erratic behavior, Kyle’s only option was to cut her off. Things have not been going well for Kim but how is she doing as of now?

According to People, Kathy Hilton is speaking out on Kim Richards. More so, she is offering a message of love and hope. Staying supportive, Kathy had this to say:
“We love her and we support her, and that’s all I can say.”
However, is Kim doing okay? That is the big question all of her beloved fans want to know:
“Yes. I think in the world there’s always hope.”
Though Kim’s family has allegedly stopped speaking to her, it is unclear if that means Kathy, as well. Fortunately, Kathy has not given up faith when it comes to her sister.
