When you’re on reality TV, you need to form an alliance. Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos found her alliance with an unlikely person from Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette.
She posted a TikTok video on her Instagram of her joining forces with Jonathon Johnson, one of Jenn Tran’s most popular contestants. In the silly video, Joan and Jonathon mouthed words from a quote from the cult favorite comedy sitcom The Office. The show ran from 2005 until 2013. There are talks of a reboot.
Dwight (Rainn Wilson) asks Jim (John Krasinski) if he wants to form an alliance during the scene. Jim agrees but the scene ends with Jim saying how annoying Dwight is.
In the clip, Jonathon asks Joan if she wants to form an alliance with him. She replies, “Absolutely, I do.” And he responds by saying they need to find out who is vulnerable and who is protected.

Jonathon Johnson & Jenn Tran Rumors Heat Up
Joan Vassos isn’t the only Bachelor Nation alum Jonathon Johnson has joined forces with. He’s become quite close to Jenn Tran since her season ended last month. They’ve been spending a lot of time together while she is temporarily living in Los Angeles to appear on Dancing With The Stars.
Jonathon Johnson, who placed third on Jenn’s season, was even in the audience for moral support during the DWTS season premiere. Jenn and her ex also team up for a lot of joint TikToks, many of which have sparked dating rumors.

Despite the flirty banter, Jenn and Jonathon insist they are just friends. She told Bachelor Nation’s Nick Viall on his podcast recently that she’s not ready to date after getting her heart broken by Devin Strader.
But that doesn’t stop fans from encouraging her to pursue a relationship with Jonathon. Some fans also encouraged a Joan/Jonathon hookup.
