‘DWTS’ Emma Slater Surprises Fans With TikTok Bio Update
Bubbly Emma Slater is a fan favorite among Dancing With The Stars fans. Over the years, she’s cultivated a strong social media presence where she shares behind-the-scenes looks and fun videos with followers.
While looking for new videos from Emma, fans spotted a very important change in her TikTok bio. What exactly did she have to say and how did fans react? Read on to get the scoop.
Emma Slater Brands Herself As Reginald VelJohnson’s Assistant
This year, pro dancer Emma Slater is paired with actor Reginald VelJohnson on Dancing With The Stars Season 33. They’re among the lowest-scoring performers in the season so far. But even so, fans vote for them because they’re incredibly likable and bring a lot of joy into the ballroom.
Their Die Hard routine during Oscars Night went over well with fans, even if the judges didn’t score it very highly.
To honor her new partner, the British dancer updated her TikTok bio, much to fans’ delight.
“Assistant to TikTok Star Reggie Veljohnson on Dancing with the Stars,” Emma’s new TikTok bio reads. She also changed her profile pic to one of herself and the Family Matters star.

Their Time In The Ballroom Is Probably Limited
Emma Slater and Reginald VelJohnson might have plenty of TikTok followers, but that might not be enough to keep them in the competition. During Oscars Night, they were in the bottom three along with eliminated contestants Tori Spelling and Anna Delvey.
Many viewers thought Reginald and Emma deserved elimination over Tori and her partner Pasha Pashkov.
One of the common criticisms is that Reginald doesn’t have many steps in the routine. But at 72-years-old, his age might be a factor. During Soul Train Night, the duo will perform the Foxtrot to “I Can See Clearly Now” by Johnny Nash.
