What is Hallmark’s Countdown To Christmas movie A Carol For Two about? Here is the synopsis. Violette Wagner has moved to New York. She is determined to make it on Broadway. However, she is not currently in a production but needs to pay her rent. Therefore, she takes a job at Fiore’s. Located in the theater district, Fiore’s is well-known for its singing wait staff. This is where undiscovered talent gets their big break.
Soon, Violette gets a step closer. She will be singing at Fiore’s annual Christmas Eve concert. Everyone in the community shows up for this event. Violette is to sing with Alex. However, he is not her first choice. He resents her because she is a friend of the Fiore family, and he thinks she was hired only because of this.
Meanwhile, Violette and Alex keep moving up the ranks as more people are picked for Broadway productions. They are also practicing together a lot. Alex’s cousin Brad is interested in her but doesn’t have the charm to win her over. Alex offers to feed him smooth lines, “Cyrano-style.” Soon, Brad and Violette start to date. But, Alex has some regrets. That is because he is falling for her now. This has become a love triangle.
“Things come to a head when their deception is uncovered, which, in turn, threatens Violette and Alex’s big opportunity.”
