The Voice coach Michael Bublé’s daughter knew Snoop Dogg before Bublé joined The Voice. During an interview, Buble revealed how his daughter felt about Snoop Dogg and the fact that they’re coaches together.

The Voice Turns Heads

The hit singing competition, The Voice is gearing up for its Season 26 episode 2 tonight. Resuming the blind auditions showcases what is unique about the series. For fans who don’t know, The Voice has a unique method of adding people to the beloved series.

The judges face away from the performers in their chairs and only get to turn around to say they want the performer on their team or when the time is up and they lose the chance. This season’s coaches are returning judges Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire. Everyone’s favorite bromance is first-time coaches, Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé.

Reba McEntire made history on the coveted TV show as she used the season’s new trick to help the judges. Using the Replay Button, Reba was able to “go back in time” and get singer Eugene on her team even though the song had ended. Each coach can only use this once so using it in episode one could be a big risk or a big help.

A Connection Through The Whole Fam

Michael Bublé has noted before how important his family is to him. Vida, the daughter of Bublé and Luisana Lopilato has some opinions about her father working with Snoop Dogg on the singing show.

On September 24th, while being interviewed on Late Night With Seth Meyers, the newbie coach discussed how he felt working with his fellow coaches on The Voice. He also shared how he learned about Vida’s connection to fellow coach, Snoop Dogg.

Furthermore, Bublé revealed, “Before I left for The Voice, [Vida] goes, ‘Papi, are you going to sing with Snoop?’ I go, ‘What?’ And she goes, ‘Are you going to go work with Snoop Dogg?’ I said, ‘Yeah, honey. How do you know Snoop Dogg?’ … She goes, ‘Alexa, play Snoop Dogg Affirmations,’ and all of a sudden, this music comes on.”

Understandably, the Canadian singer was shocked by his daughter’s knowledge of the rapper and song. Moreover, he learned how kids surprise their parents every day. This is because Vida’s kindergarten class listens to the song at school every morning.

Additionally, the young girl asked her father to record her saying the words in the song. Then, the proud father had to show it to his fellow coach and was shocked at the reaction.

Snoop Dogg Influencing Kindergarteners

The “Sway” singer noted, “When I met Snoop the first time, you know, I want to be cool.” In addition, he looked at Snoop and “said, ‘I got to show you my daughter.’ I showed it to him, and he was so cute. He goes ‘Mike, Mike. You’re telling me in Vancouver that those kindergarteners listen to Uncle Snoop every day?’ I say, ‘Yeah,’ and he was so cute.”

Furthermore, Snoop Dogg seemed so touched by this. Bublé continued, “He said, ‘You know, I made that for my grandkids and it was so important to reach in a positive way.’ What a sweetie pie!'” Additionally, Vida will call her dad, but not talk to him. She will call just to talk to Snoop Dogg.

Fans couldn’t get over how sweet the interaction and story was. Fans took the comments of the Seth Meyers TikTok video that clipped this conversation. One fan wrote, “Snoop done picked up another generation.”

In addition, someone said, “How did Snoop become one of the most wholesome figures in the world?” Another remark said, “It’s Snoop’s world, we just live in it,” the comment was complete with the three sparkles emoji.
