Brittany Cartwright Reveals Her Pre-Divorce Plastic Surgery

Now that she’s officially separating from her husband Jax Taylor, The Valley star Brittany Cartwright is getting her groove back. And in her eyes, that included getting plastic surgery.

Did Brittany Cartwright Get Work Done?

The reality star recently revealed that back in May, she got some work done on her body. Specifically, she had an AirSculpt fat removal on her stomach.

Brittany solely credits the reason for why she got the procedure, which was several hours long, to Jax.

“Yeah, you can say I wanted a revenge body,” she quipped. I wanted to look good after everything I’ve been through this year. “I want to look my very best.”

This removal was done weeks before she filed for divorce, back when she and Taylor were still in a separated phase. But it looks as though in May she’d already made up her mind that their relationship was over.

Even though she says that the overall recovery process was six months, it didn’t stop Cartwright from filming Season 2 of The Valley.

Her Past Plastic Surgery

This isn’t the first time that Brittany has got some work done. Before the premiere season of The Valley, she admitted to getting liposuction on her chin.

“Three weeks before we started filming, I had work done on my double chin. We call it a turkey gobbler, runs in my family,” she explained at the time.

But, she later regretted the decision since according to her, the doctors misled her to think that her face would recover by the time of filming.

“I feel like almost all season long, I’m going to have a frown face. And there is no context [in] the trailer of what is going on with my freaking mouth,” she vented.

Turns out she wasn’t being dramatic about her frustration at all because her face ended up becoming a major topic of discussion among viewers.

The Valley Fans Not Fond Of Plastic Surgery

Despite all of the drama that happened in Season 1, fans couldn’t stop discussing Brittany’s face after the surgery.

In a Reddit thread, viewers of the premiere season shared their reactions to Cartwright’s post-procedure look. And no one had something nice to say about the transformation. Here are a few of the comments:

• “She legitimately cannot smile. I hope it all settles and she gets movement back.”
• “It irks me so bad. I’m glad I’m not the only one that has noticed it.”
• “Do these people understand and see that they were prettier before they started all these procedures?”
