Did Jason Kelce spill a secret about Taylor Swift & Travis’ relationship in a recent interview? Discussion on Philly’s 94WIP Morning Show with DeCamara & Ritchie on September 12th of course led to a discussion about his brother, Travis, and his girlfriend.

Jason Kelce Tells All About Taylor Swift

With the start of the NFL season, Jason Kelce came to the morning show to discuss football. However, when your brother is dating one of the biggest, if not the biggest pop star in the world, it’s a hard topic to avoid.

In the discussion about Taylor’s wins from the VMAs, Jason Kelce said, “All obviously, very, very deserved. She is just so talented it is ridiculous, not only as a singer, songwriter, but production-wise, she’s so involved in every facet of it.” It’s nice how much love and respect Jason seems to have for his brother’s girlfriend.

Jason Kelce does not stop there on praise for the talented singer. He continued to say, “What is so impressive about her is that it’s so self-controlled.” Additionally, the Eagles center said, “She’s so involved in all of it. A lot of these guys, again, they were great artists – and that’s what the profession is – but when you can be the great artist as well as the great business manager as well as the great producer when you wear all of those hats, its just remarkable to me.”

It seems Jason Kelce looks up to and values the person that Taylor Swift is and that is so nice for Travis to have. He is not wrong in his remarks though as Taylor Swift has worked extremely hard over the years. Her success has paid off, especially after the VMAs.

VMA Successes

For the 2024 VMAs Taylor Swift took home VMAs for multiple ‘Fortnight’ nominations, the song she has with Post Malone. These were Video of the Year, Best Collaboration, Song of Summer, Best Direction, and Best Editing. Additionally, she took home Artist of the Year and Best Pop. Swift broke the record fans were anxiously waiting for.

Swift took home 7 VMAs which meant that she surpassed Beyoncé and now has 30 VMAs. Thus, Swift broke the record for the most wins of any solo artist in history. Though Travis could not attend the history-making event, he was most likely cheering her on while he practiced for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Swift made sure to thank her boyfriend in the speech and further confirmed their relationship if fans weren’t convinced before. She said, “When I’d finish a take, and I’d say cut, and we’d be done with that take, I’d always just hear someone like cheering and like ‘whoo’ from across the studio. And that one person was my boyfriend, Travis. Everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic.”

Fans are certainly happy for Swift in the success of her career, but also for her relationship with Travis as relationships have not always been the easiest journey for her. It’s great that she has found such a good support system.

Secrets Revealed

Jason Kelce discovered how fans can spiral off of a single phrase after completing his interview. Speculations are already on the rise after he failed to correct a description used about Taylor Swift and Travis.

Taylor Swift did use the word “boyfriend” in her acceptance speech which surely made her feel ‘So High School.’ However, not everyone is using that word to describe the two’s relationship. When the interviewer asked Jason Kelce about Taylor Swift’s success, she called Taylor Swift his future sister-in-law. Jason did not correct the interviewer as if her being called that was normal for him.

Taylor Swift currently has no ring on her finger, that has been seen. However, it has been reported that Swift has asked Travis to prioritize privacy in their relationship. Therefore, the two could be engaged and fans will just be late to know.

Jason could just know how in love the two are and expects them to be married at some point in the future. This could be an excusable reason for not correcting the interviewer. Perhaps the two got engaged at some point between her VMA speech and Jason’s interview. This is what some fans believe or is that too much out of a movie for the two?
