Maria Georgas found herself in the middle of the drama between Bachelorette Jenn Tran and Devin Strader. It was pointed out during After the Final Rose that Devin had started following Maria on Instagram the day after he broke up with Jenn. Of course, Maria was not there to defend herself. Apparently she had been on a trip and when she finally saw what went down she felt she had to speak out to defend her character. She went to TikTok to share a five-minute video and within that video, she revealed the truth behind all the rumors about her friendship with Jenn. Keep reading to find out more.
Maria Georgas Reveals Where Her Friendship With Jenn Tran Stands
During her lengthy TikTok Maria Georgas not only talked about her name coming up between Jenn Tran and Devin Strader, she addressed her friendship with her. Many have wondered if Jenn and Maria are on good terms or not. Now, there seems to be an answer.
During the season finale of The Bachelorette, Jenn was upset that Devin followed Maria on Instagram. When Devin started getting backlash over it all, he unfollowed her. However, with the news all over the internet, Maria still wanted to address the situation.
She clarified that she did not follow Devin and will never follow Devin. Maria also shared the status of her friendship with Jenn. She said, “Enough with the pitting women against each other. The last thing I want to do is have this weird narrative where Jenn and I are against each other. Just because we’ve separated our ways and we’re no longer friends, doesn’t mean we hate each other. Doesn’t mean that if someone’s going to disrespect her in my face that I’m going to sit here and stand for it. Because I’m not.”

She Commended Jenn On How She Handled Things
Along with sharing that she and Bachelorette Jenn Tran are not friends, Maria Georgas also said that she respects Jenn for standing up for herself.
Even though it brought Maria into the situation, she noted that Jenn should speak her truth and she respects her for it.
She believes Jenn handled the situation perfectly and was the best pick for The Bachelorette. Maria also said this was one reason she could not handle the role.
