Kim Kardashian’s Stalker Missing After Restraining Order Filed
Kim Kardashian has been going through a scary situation with someone who is stalking her and her family. However, after trying to file a restraining order, she can no longer find the man at fault. Keep reading for all the details so far.

As previously reported, Kim Kardashian and her American Horror Story co-star, Emma Roberts, have been dealing with the same man stalking them. Originally breaking into Emma’s house, she alerted Kim as the man seemed obsessed with Kim and her family.
Originally, Kim revealed that Emma “reached out to me to warn me about a male who had broken into her home and who, a short time later, spoke to her about his desire to make contact with me and my children.” She let her security know about the situation immediately.
After that, he found not only Kris Jenner’s house but also Kim’s home in Malibu. This was extra concerning as it’s been reported that that house is not public and is rather hard to find. Of course, Kim said this is causing her “worry, concern and severe emotional distress.”
“The location of my Malibu home has not been publicized, nor is it easy to find. The fact that [Melvin] was able to learn the address of my Malibu home and that he was motivated to travel to my home from his home in Sacramento (as my security learned and relayed to me) demonstrated the lengths to which he was (and presumably still is) willing to go to make contact with me and my children.”
Because of this, she tried filing a restraining order against this man to protect herself, her children, and her family.
Where did he go?
Unfortunately, this restraining order has yet to take effect as the lawyers can’t find the man to serve him the paperwork to make the restraining order official In Touch Weekly reports. Right now, Kim has a temporary restraining order. However, if they can’t locate the man to serve him the papers, they can’t make the restraining order permanent.
While originally set for August, luckily for Kim, the judge on the case moved the hearing to September. So, she can continue to utilize the temporary order until then.
Hopefully, the court can find the man and Kim Kardashian can keep herself and her family safe during this scary time.
