‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Star Tammy Slaton Discusses Importance Of Mental Health In New Video
Tammy Slaton, star of 1000-Lb Sisters, has discussed the importance of mental health while sharing an update about her current weight loss goals.
Tammy Talks About Mental Health Support
On Aug. 29, the reality TV personality shared a video on Instagram where she discussed her personal trials in a clip promoting Pop Recovery Systems.
Slaton talked about how she felt getting support is important and that she felt she would not have gotten so “big,” had she received the help she needed during earlier times in her life.
Saying a good mental frame is vital, Slaton shared her feelings of depression combined with a food addiction caused her to “it out on the food.”
“There’s so many things that can go wrong.”
Pop Recovery Systems is a group designed to help individuals prepare for upcoming bariatric and cosmetic surgeries, focusing on the mindful aspects of recovery.
Slaton had previously revealed on Instagram that she had become a corporate ambassador for the group, saying she was thrilled to help transform new lives.

The Reality TV Star Recently Announced Losing 500 Pounds
Earlier in August, in a video originally shared by Teresa Parent, Slaton shared that she recently lost 500 pounds.
