Bruce Willis Daughter On Family Dealing With Health Battle
Bruce Willis has been battling with health concerns for a few years now. He was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, which affects his memory and physical motor skills. His family, including his ex-wife Demi Moore, have gathered to help him during this tough part of his life.
Now, his youngest daughter, Tallulah Willis, has checked in with an update on her dad and his current condition.
Tallulah Willis Updates On Bruce Willis Health
Tallulah Willis did a recent interview, and the conversation moved to her dad and his current medical condition. When asked about her dad, she said that his condition is pretty much “the same.” However, Tallulah said that this is a “good thing.”
“Our visits have so much love and I feel that overarches anything for me,” she said (via E! News). While he has gotten to the point where he no longer speaks, she said that he still knows his family. “I know he knows how much I love him, I know how much he loves me – I know how much he loves all of us,” Tallulah added.
She said that she has a connection with her father, and that is what helps keep them going. “In the past I might’ve dissociated or tuned out,” she said. “Where now there’s more vocabulary that we’ve all learned that we can use seamlessly with each other.”
Bruce Willis stepped out of the public eye when he retired from acting in 2022 after his aphasia and dementia diagnosis. Bruce’s wife, Emma, ex-wife, Demi Moore, and kids all gathered around him to ensure that he received the best care possible at that moment.
Rumer Willis Also Checked In On Dad’s Condition
Tallulah also said she credits her sister, Rumer Willis, for keeping everyone grounded. Rumer herself has a child now, and she has made sure that Bruce and Louetta have a relationship during this tough battle.
Rumer herself gave a recent update on her dad. When she did a decent AMA, someone asked how Bruce was doing, and she said, “He is great. I love him so much. Thank you.” Rumer has previously said that she brings Louetta over to see her grandfather and she actually walked to him after learning how.
“She was walking over to him, and it was so sweet,” Rumer said. “He’s a girl dad, through and through. I saw him with my sisters, my little sisters.”
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have three daughters: Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. He and Demi were married for 13 years. Bruce later married Emma Heming Willis in 2009. They have two daughters of their own: Mable (born 2012) and Evelyn (born 2014).
