Shannon Beador Seen With Breathalyzer After Ex John’s Big News

Just one day before her ex announced his plans to wed, Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador was seen using a breathalyzer to start her car.

The new siting comes one year after Shannon was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run.

In the images, Shannon, looking laid back in all black with her hair in a ponytail, is seen walking toward her car.

Once inside, she can be seen blowing into the breathalyzer.

Page Six explained that the handheld breathalyzer is an ignition interlock device.

It is used to prevent drivers who have been drinking from being able to drive.

After a fight with her then-ex, John Janssen, Shannon drove into a Newport Beach home with her beloved dog, Archie, in the car.

She sustained injuries that were seen in the RHOC Season 18 premiere. A few months later, she was sentenced to three years of probation, 40 hours of community service, and a nine-month alcohol program.

Shannon also relived the event with her three daughters in the premiere.

“I’m so sorry and humiliated that I disappointed you. Like, what kind of example am I at 59 years old?” she told Sophie, 23, and twins Stella and Adeline, 20 in the episode.

“I’ve never broken a bone, I’ve never had a concussion, I’ve never been in an accident, I’ve never been arrested, I’ve never had a DUI, and I did all that in 10 seconds,” she concluded.

Following the photos of Shannon starting her car, John and Alexis announced they are getting married after just nine months of dating.

Alexis posted a photo of herself and John sitting on a bench. She is dressed in a little black dress and is sporting a huge diamond on her ring finger.

She wrote in the caption: “On Cloud 9. Celebrating 9 months of love and laughter, and looking forward to my forever with you. Every moment together has been a gift.  I am so in love with you and the beautiful life we’re building together with our kids. And the answer is 100000000% yes.”

While Shannon has not truly responded to her ex’s plans to marry her co-star, she did post a new photo on Instagram looking fabulous.

“Nothing but love for those close to me…,” she captioned the photo with what appears to be her glam squad.

“Girl, you dodged a bullet. The congrats should be for you,” one person stated.

Another wrote, “Keep shining. Do you. Head up. [Because] at the end of the day you’re not the one with John J. And that is a blessing honeyyyyyy.”

“WE STAN FOR SHAN,” added a third.

Her RHOC bestie Vicki Gunvalson wrote, “So classy & beautiful.”
