Controversy Has Blake Lively Fearing For Career
Blake Lively is known as an amazing actress. It turns out that she is now allegedly fearing for her career, though. There has been some controversy over the movie she was in It Ends With Us. This is from a popular book by writer Colleen Hoover.
What Happened With The Movie Controversy?
The movie It Ends With Us focuses on Ryle, who is abusive to his wife Lily. These two go through a lot. When domestic violence has been brought up during press interviews, Blake doesn’t have much to say. Justin Baldoni, who plays Ryle, is constantly making Instagram posts about domestic violence and how this movie has convinced women to leave their abusers after years.
It has also been rumored that Blake and Justin aren’t getting along since filming of the movie has ended. There is talk that he was not easy to get along with on the set. He also allegedly “fat-shamed” her when asking about her weight, but it appears this may have just been because he had a bad back and didn’t want to hurt himself.
Blake Lively’s Career Fears
An insider explained that Lively is taking “a step back” to “reassess her future.” Blake is a mom and the wife of Ryan Reynolds as well as an actress. She thought this movie would be “her moment to shine,” but instead things aren’t going as planned.
The source went on to explain:
“Blake is definitely saddened by the hate she is getting and is trying not to let it affect her, but it is. She thought this was her moment to shine but is now looking at it like the end of her career. She’s fearing no one will want to work with her after this. She really wants to continue producing and directing and acting but she knows she needs to take a step back for a minute to reassess the future.”
The book It Ends With Us has a follow-up called It Starts With Us. Fans would love this to become a movie as well and if it does of course, they would have to bring Blake Lively back as Lily once again. It will be interesting to see where her career goes now.

I think everyone needs to leave Blake alone! Domestic violence is a touchy subject, and not something to be discussed lightly in a short interview. Did anyone stop and think that it might upset her, or more importantly, that talking about it during film promotion, may upset people?! Yes, it’s a serious subject, but the interviews should be kept light, and the movie should speak for itself. Y’all need to back off, and stop with the bullying on Blake, because your words are a form of abuse also………maybe y’all should think about that?!!!
