‘Bold & Beautiful’ Ashley Jones Back As Bridget Forrester
Bridget Forrester is going to make a comeback on Bold & Beautiful soon. Soap actress Ashley Jones has confirmed the character’s return and even given details on when B&B fans can expect to see her back on the small screen. Continue reading to see what she revealed.
When Is Bridget Forrester Is Returning To Bold & Beautiful?
Ashley Jones shared a clip on Instagram showing herself on the soundstage for Bold & Beautiful. She set the video to the song “It Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube. In the video, she walks toward the camera, blowing a kiss. The B&B actress captioned the post, “It was a good day.” She tagged the soap, hinting at her character Bridget Forrester’s return.
In the comments, a fan asked if they’ll see Bridget back on the show soon. The soap star confirmed that she’ll be back on the show “In September.”
So, fans know that she’ll appear on the soap sometime next month, but she didn’t reveal an air date for Bridget’s return. She also didn’t reveal anything about the storyline and how Bridget is involved in the current Bold & Beautiful script.
Viewers Last Saw Bridget In December 2023
This isn’t the first time Ashley Jones has made a comeback on the soap opera. She first made her debut on daytime television on The Young & The Restless. Ashley played the role of Megan Dennison from 1997 until 2000. Then, in December 2004, she took over the role of Dr. Bridget Forrester on B&B.
Her contract officially ended in 2010. However, she has continued to reprise the role of Bridget Forrester occasionally since then. The last time Bold & Beautiful viewers saw the character was in December 2023. At the time, her on-screen dad Eric Forrester (portrayed by John McCook) was diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) suggested they try an experimental surgery to help save his life. Bridget helped perform the procedure. Her return in December 2023 helped her win a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Performance. She was previously nominated for two Emmy Awards for her work on Young & The Restless.

Beyond her work on soap operas, Ashley Jones has landed several roles in made-for-television movies. She has appeared in Saving My Daughter, What Happened to My Sister?, and Secret Lives of College Escorts. The actress has also played roles in episodes of So Help Me Todd, All Rise, For All Mankind, and The Resident.
Bold & Beautiful fans will have to wait and see what Bridget Forrester is going to get involved with in the coming weeks.
