‘Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix’s Brother Arrested For 100 Lbs. Of Drugs

Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix’s younger brother, Jeremy Madix was just arrested for 100 pounds of drugs. This comes nearly five months after he got engaged and celebrated with Scheana Shay. Now, he is in extremely hot water and will need all of the support that he can get. Keep reading for all of the details as to what went down.

Ariana Madix and her brother, Jeremy were always very close. He was featured on Vanderpump Rules and even worked as a busboy at SUR. When she was dating Tom Sandoval and needed a place to stay, they let him crash at their apartment. There was also a time when there was a fire at the restaurant and Jeremy’s quick thinking helped save the day. As for dating, he took Billie Lee out a few times. However, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute did not have the best experiences with him at Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz’s wedding. They called him “creepy” and would not want to be alone with him.

As time went on, Ariana blew up due to ‘Scandoval’ and all of the opportunities she was given. She landed endorsement deals and was on DWTS plus she headed to Broadway. Unfortunately, the brother and sister duo fell out and he ended up hugging it out with Sandoval. He then got engaged and celebrated with Scheana Shay and her family, admitting he had not spoken to his sister in a while. Allegedly, she did not get along with his new fiancee. Now, he may need family more than ever.

According to TMZ, Ariana Madix’s brother and a friend, Jonah Ahad were caught with one hundred pounds of weed. More so, it was obtained in their suitcases as they tried to board a flight from Orlando to Frankfurt, Germany. This occurred on February 16th but when they got to security, their three suitcases were checked by Customs and Border Protection. Two belonged to Jeremy Madix while the third was Jonah’s. Jeremy had 64 bags of weed, totaling 76 pounds but arrests were not initially made.

Don’t Speak

Both Jeremy Madix and Jonah Ahad would not speak without their lawyers present. It is unclear why they were let go back in February but Jonah did get arrested in May while Jeremy was arrested on Tuesday, August 13th. Their charge is felony trafficking in cannabis. Now, it must be noted that Jeremy proposed in March but this all went down the month prior. He was also discussing the estrangement around the same time so there are a lot of factors. As to where Ariana Madix fits into all of this, it will be interesting if she reacts or responds to Jeremy’s arrest.
