According to the synopsis, Addi has had a big dream for years. She has wanted to design shoes. Her idol is Delaney Diaz. A trailblazer, Delaney built up a designer shoe brand, competing in the luxury market of predominately male designers. Moreover, she did it all before she turned 30.
Addi has been trying to break in and follow Delaney Diaz’s road to success but has faced closed doors. However, just as she is about to give up on her dream, she gets the opportunity of a lifetime! Addi is now working at Delaney’s Upper East Side studio. As if this is not a lot of pressure, New York Fashion Week is fast approaching.
Addi may now be living her dream, but this is a stressful job. Delaney’s PR guru Austin warns her that this is no cakewalk. She needs “heels of steel” to deal with this stress.
“Addi is determined to hold onto her integrity and her family values while also stepping up and showing Delaney what she can bring to the company. A budding romance with Austin suggests he might be a perfect fit for her, but she can’t get distracted and has to step it up if she wants to prove herself in the world of high-end fashion footwear. Can she balance it all and forge a path to success and romance or will she fall head over heels trying?”

The premiere of the final 2024 Summer Nights movie Head Over Heels is on Saturday, August 31, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
