Hallmark+ Premiering Three New ‘Jane Mysteries’ Starring Jodie Sweetin And Stephen Huszar
In a surprise move, Hallmark+ announced that they will premiere three new The Jane Mysteries starring Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar on the rebranded streaming channel.

Hallmark+ Is Premiering Three New The Jane Mysteries In September
On Wednesday, Sleuthers were surprised when Deadline reported that when Hallmark+ launches in September, they will also premiere three new Jane Mysteries. This is the series that stars Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar. In addition, the publication shared the titles of each of the three movies and a short synopsis.
Firstly, on Tuesday, September 10, The Jane Mysteries: A Deadly Prescription premieres. “Jane and John work together to clear a teenager’s name.”
Next, premiering on Thursday, September 19, The Jane Mysteries: Murder at Moseby. “Jane returns to her college alma mater to solve a long-standing mystery.”
Lastly, premiering on Thursday, September 26, The Jane Mysteries: Too Much To Lose. “Jane investigates the disappearance of a journalist after a significant game show win.”
Hallmark Movies Now is being rebranded into Hallmark+ on Tuesday, September 10. This rebranding will include some incentives such as $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupons, rewards, and some surprises. The yearly price for this streaming service is $79.99, while the monthly cost is $7.99.
This new streaming channel will be home to some exclusive reality series like Celebrations With Lacey Chabert. In addition, the highly-anticipated The Groomsmen trilogy will also premiere on this rebranded streamer.
Stephen Huszar Revealed He Filmed Four New Jane Mysteries With Jodie Sweetin
Back in May, Stephen Huszar revealed to US Magazine that he and Jodie Sweetin filmed four Jane Mysteries for Hallmark. He teased, “It’s gonna be exciting. We have a lot going on.” Best of all he shared, “There’s a lot of cool story lines.”
He had also revealed that the mysteries would premiere later in the summer or the fall. However, when Hallmark Mystery revealed its final 2024 movies which included a new Mystery Lane and Hannah Swensen, it did not include Stephen’s new series with Jodie. Many Sleuthers assumed these would air in 2025. Therefore, this announcement is a happy surprise.
In addition, there will be some romance in these new mysteries. Stephen promised some sparks as the pair “fire up our chemistry.” He added that they had “a lot of fun shooting” these movies. Moreover, “Jodie’s absolutely amazing to work with.”
He added, “We hit it off so well on the first one. She’s such a lovely human being and such an incredible actor.”
