Millie Bobby Brown shocked her fans this week. The Stranger Things star announced she had a surprise wedding. Not only that, but Brown announced her marriage by revealing her new surname. The actress married Jake Bongiovi, and Millie revealed the news by saying her new full name is Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi.

Millie Bobby Brown Gets Married
Millie Bobby Brown posted some photos on Instagram on Sunday from the last season of Stranger Things. One photo showed her sporting a bloody nose. The second photo is of her dog, Winnie. The fourth photo has someone petting Winnie. The fifth photo is from a shot on the set with special effects. However, it was the third photo that got people’s attention.
That third photo had a blackboard with her name taped on it. The name on the board was “Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi.” A few fans commented on this:

This was also big news because there was no wedding announcement or anything released to the press. This is surprising since Brown is a popular movie/TV star, and her husband is the son of one of rock and roll’s most beloved icons, Jon Bon Jovi.
However, this shouldn’t be a surprise. Five weeks ago, Millie posted a photo with her man with the caption, “My forever wedding date.” The two seem to have been married for a few months now.
Who Is Jake Bongiovi?
The news actually broke in May that Millie Bobby Brown married Jake Bongiovi. It was Jake’s father who broke the news. Jon Bon Jovi said that his son married Millie, and they had a small, family wedding. Miller is 20, and Bongiovi is 22.

The couple announced their engagement in April 2023, so their wedding came about a year later. “They’re absolutely fantastic,” Bon Jovi said. “It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be. Yeah, it’s true.”
Jake Bongiovi is a model and actor, the son of Dorothea Hurley, and rock and roll legend Jon Bon Jovi. He has three siblings (Romeo, Stephanie, and Jesse). Jake makes his acting debut in Sweethearts, an upcoming romantic comedy starring Kiernan Shipka (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina). He is also a model signed to William Morris Endeavor and IMG Models.
