Lyndsy Fonseca and Ian Harding enter alternate realities in the Hallmark movie The Magic Of Lemon Drops. What is this movie about? According to the synopsis, Lolly’s aunt is trying to help Lolly figure out her future. Lolly has been at a crossroads. She needs to pivot, because she is not happy with what her life is like now.
Moreover, Lolly wonders what her life would have been like if she made different choices. Would she feel more fulfilled in her work? Would she have found love?
Lolly talks to her aunt about this. Instead of giving Lolly some of her sage advice, she decides to try a new method. This one is pretty magical. Her solution is to give her niece three magical lemon drops.
However, she gives Lolly specific instructions. She tells Lolly “If she eats one and names one of her unfulfilled dreams aloud, she’ll spend an entire day in the version of her life if she had followed that dream.”
Lolly takes this all very seriously. She experiences three different paths. That includes not ending things with Rory. Her ex-boyfriend has just moved back to town. Moreover, she wonders what would have been if she had not broken things off.
“As Lolly’s perspective changes with each experience, she must face the messy reality of any path she might have taken and choose the one that helps her become the person she wants to be.”

The premiere of The Magic Of Lemon Drops is on Saturday, August 24, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, viewers can catch this magical romcom on Peacock up to 72 hours after the premiere.
