‘Price Is Right’ Drew Carey Reveals Big Mistake He Made On Show
Drew Carey has never had a problem admitting when he is wrong. In a recent discussion on his hit game show, The Price is Right, Carey talked about a mistake he made on one episode. The problem is that his mistake almost cost a player a huge win, and he luckily caught himself before he ruined the game.
Here is what Carey said happened and how it almost ruined one player’s day.
Drew Carey Shares Mistake On The Price Is Right
During the summer break, the Instagram account for The Price is Right has been sharing some throwback videos. One of the ones from Thursday showed a huge mistake that Drew Carey made that almost cost a player a big win. Luckily, Drew caught himself before it was too late.
A player named Joseph was playing the big Dice Game. In this game, a player throws the dice. If it is a 2, 3, 4, or 5, Drew will place it on the board. If the number is right, it will show up. If not, the player must guess whether it is higher or lower. If he is right, the number shows up. if he is wrong, it does not.
If the dice rolls a 1 or 6, it is an automatic win for that number since it is either just right or it has to be higher (than 1) or lower (than 6). The man rolled a three and guessed higher. He then rolled a two and also guessed higher. He then rolled a six, which means he didn’t have to guess since it had to be lower. On the last roll, he rolled a two and guessed higher.
The prize was a brand-new car. When Drew went to the board, he said he would start with the six and that the guess was higher. A four popped up, and Drew said, “I’m sorry lower than a six.” Drew realized his mistake, admitted it was his fault, and blamed a lack of coffee. He then rebounded, and all the other guesses were right, and the guy won a car.
The Dice Game Had A Huge Moment Last Season
The Dice Game has one area where a player can get away with not having to guess. This comes whenever the role is a one or a six. That caused The Price is Right to have a rare moment of luck for one contestant this past season.

A player named Devon got to play the game. He then rolled a 6, a second 6, a 1, and then another 6. This means he never had to guess one single number and won the car automatically.
