Angelina Jolie’s Son Pax Hospitalized After E-Bike Accident
Angelina Jolie is currently in the hospital at her son’s bedside after an e-bike accident on Monday. Pax, 20, was hospitalized in Los Angeles after the incident on July 29. Here is what has been revealed about his condition so far.
Angelina Jolie’s Son Involved In A Serious Accident On E-Bike
A source close to the family shared that Angelina Jolie is “with him and reported that he’s stable.” The star’s son was brought to the hospital following an e-bike accident in L.A. Law enforcement officials told TMZ that Pax was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
Pax was reportedly riding an e-bike in a heavy-traffic area on Los Feliz Boulevard around 5 p.m. local time. Angelina Jolie’s son crashed the e-bike into a car on the busy street at a stoplight.
The driver of the car got out to check on Pax after the accident occurred. It was called in to the authorities around 5:12 p.m. local time. Police and paramedics swiftly arrived on the scene and took him to the hospital. He sustained injuries to his head and hip.
Initially, medics were concerned that Pax may have suffered a brain bleed, but he is reportedly stable now. He may even get to head home sooner rather than later.
Several sources have stated they have seen Pax Jolie-Pitt riding around on the BMX-style e-bike in the area recently. He is never wearing a helmet when he is spotted.
Helmet laws in California vary depending on the class of bicycle you are riding. It’s not clear as to whether or not Pax was breaking any laws by not wearing his helmet, but it could have certainly helped him during Monday’s accident.

Pax isn’t new to being in the spotlight with having two parents in Hollywood. He recently worked with his mom, Angelina Jolie, on her upcoming movie Without Blood. His brother, Maddox, also joined the cast of the film.
On top of that, he has held other minor roles throughout his career. Pax had a voiceover role in Kung Fu Panda 3. He also had an uncredited role in Maleficent alongside his mom.
Pax Jolie-Pitt is the fourth child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The couple shares six children altogether, including Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.
Representatives for Angelina and Brad have not immediately responded to requests for comments on the incident. However, sources say that Brad Pitt has “virtually no contact” with his adult children, including Pax.
Angelina Jolie, on the other hand, “seems very happy and content with her life” and she is “focused on her kids and work.”
