Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry admits that she has a funeral guest list. Essentially, she knows who she does and does not want at her funeral and has made it very clear. So, who is not invited, and who is welcome to mourn? Keep reading for more details.

Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry Has Funeral Guest List

Beverly Hills, 90210, and Charmed star, Shannen Doherty recently passed away from cancer. As it turned out, she had a list of people she did not want at her funeral. Though that has remained private, two leaks emerged. Her 90210 co-star, Jennie Garth (Kelly Taylor), and Charmed co-star, Alyssa Milano (Phoebe Halliwell) were allegedly on the list. It has now prompted others to start making funeral disinvite lists or permitted to say who they do not want in attendance. Former Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has already decided who she wants and does not want at her funeral.

Keep in mind that she has seven children and four baby daddies, some of whom have partners. So, she has to make it clear who can come and who has to step aside. According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Kailyn already has it in her will who is allowed to come to her funeral. She detailed this on her Baby Mamas No Drama podcast and told her co-host, Vee Rivera that only one baby daddy is welcome. That is actually Vee’s husband and Kail’s first baby daddy, Jo:

“Jo [Rivera] is the only baby daddy that is allowed [to attend], I promise you.”

She then went on to explain that those who come who are not on the list will be made to feel absolutely horrific. More so, this is Kailyn Lowry’s level of pettiness, even as a ghost baby mama:

“ … it’s to the point that, this list, I want [the people on it] humiliated and escorted out of the place. Like, you don’t even step foot. Like, you will be physically removed, not asked, to leave. You will be asked to stand in front of everyone and you will be removed. That is in my will.”

Vee, who is invited, was eager to know who would remove the unwanted guests and Kailyn shared she would have security in place. Finally, Kail added:

“I’m so passionate about this.”

What Inspired Kailyn?

So, what inspired Kailyn Lowry to make this list and go so far as to put it in her will? She explained that she had been reading a book where the main character detailed her own funeral down to the flowers:

“ … This reminded me to tell my best friend these people are still are not allowed [to attend], but also I have three additional people.”

It is unclear if Kailyn will make alterations along the way or if this is set in stone. However, she has been through a lot in her life but has achieved so much. Therefore, she has the right to do whatever she feels is best for her, alive or in the afterlife. It will be interesting to see if her other baby daddies make an effort to try to get on the list or if they do not care.

Do you think what Kailyn is doing is odd or interesting? Would you ever consider making a list like this? Let us know in the comments below.

  1. I have had relatives that have planned their funeral and burial in advanced. They planned the venue, casket, colors of casket with flowers, minister, solos, and who can be the program speakers. They planned and paid for in advance the cemetary burial site with or without headstone. It made it so much easier for the family to follow their wishes. The longer you live the fewer friends you have still alive to attend.

  2. I personally love this & it does make it easier & less fighting or drama. After all it is your funeral You invite who you at your wedding so why not for your funeral also!!! You never know when God calls you home & sometimes it can be suddenly & tragically. There’s so much that goes into the details of a funeral.
