90 Day Fiance fans have seen Angela Deem get violent with Michael Ilesanmi multiple times over the years while filming TLC scenes. It turns out, a closer look at Angela’s family tree reveals a history of misdeeds, including criminal activity, and more.
90 Day Fiance: TLC Fans Want Angela Deem Gone
90 Day Fiance fans have been calling on TLC to cancel Angela Deem for years. The Georgia woman was verbally and physically abusive toward Michael Ilesanmi throughout their time together on the franchise. TLC cameras have even been there to catch several instances of violence.
While Angela Deem may not think much of it, even in recent Happily Ever After scenes, Angela spits food at Michael Ilesanmi following an argument while out at a restaurant. In Georgia alone, spitting on or at someone is considered battery, and that is one of the more recent instances.
Scottie Deem The Worst Offender In The Family?
For any 90 Day Fiance fans who have been following Angela Deem and the rest of her family tree over the years, they would know that Scottie Deem is easily the worst offender of the bunch. Scottie Deem was initially charged with 11 counts of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation, and one count of statutory rape over incidents that took place in 2017 with a boy who was under the age of 16.
In March of 2019, Scottie was sentenced to 20 years behind bars. However, back in 2020, InTouch reported that she was only behind bars for 15 months before they let her out. Scottie was added to the sex offender registry. Considering she was facing up to 20 years, she certainly ended up with a lighter punishment.
TLC Daughter Skyla Deem Is The Least Offensive Of The Bunch
Particularly since Michael Ilesanmi arrived in America in 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After scenes, Angela’s daughter, Skyla Deem, has been her confidante. Skyla even urged her mother to go through with hiring a private detective to keep a closer eye on Michael and what he is up to.
As it turns out, Skyla Deem is the most squeaky-clean family member of the three. In August of 2022, Skyla Deem won a court case against her ex over her children. Skyla’s ex (who is behind bars) wanted legal rights to his kids with her. Legitimation was the only means to that end, as the children were born out of wedlock.
The judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice.” Skyla doesn’t quite have a past like her mother or sister. Still, she has certainly dealt with her share of issues. The Deem family has a long history of misdeeds and poor decisions.
