Is ‘Love Island’ Winner Kordell Beckham Headed To ‘DWTS’?
Is Love Island USA winner Kordell Beckham headed to the new season of DWTS? He is just leaving Fiji and getting off of the high of winning Season 6. Yet, is more reality television calling his name? Keep reading for more details on Kordell’s future.
Is Love Island Winner Kordell Beckham Headed To DWTS?
Kordell Beckham came into the Villa on Season 6 of Love Island USA and he immediately clicked with Serena Page. Unfortunately, he was put in the friend zone by Serena when she felt the sparks were lacking. The more he did not give to Serena, the more that she liked him and wanted him back. He then headed off to Casa Amor with no intentions of doing anything bad but met Daia McGhee who spun his head around. They hooked up and he brought her back to the Villa leaving Serena fuming.
Word came out that Daia was only there for Kordell’s famous NFL brother, Odell Beckham Jr., and eventually, their spark fizzled. Kordell and Serena got back together and won Season 6. He got the $100K envelope and had to choose whether or not to share it with Serena or keep it for himself. Kordell knew the storms they weathered and how far they came so he split the cash. Now, fans love them together so it has them wondering if he should be on another popular reality show. Would Kordell make it on DWTS?
A Reddit thread has been started addressing why Kordell would be an amazing choice for DWTS. Current Love Island USA host, Ariana Madix was in the finals of the reality dancing competition last year:
- Prediction: Kordell is gonna be recruited to DWTS
- he’s a great dancer!!! made the stick or twist challenge all the more painful bc he had KILLED it on that dance floor 😭
Another added that they hoped Odell had an agent ready for Kordell because he was so sweet and had “wholesome good looks.” They believed it would be easy for him to get on shows like DWTS.
Because Of Ariana…
Some followers noted that they only started watching DWTS because of Love Island USA host, Ariana Madix. Adding in Kordell Beckham would keep their attention:
- I watched last year for the first time only because of Ariana. Thought that would be a one and done for me, but if they cast Kordell I would 100% watch again this year. He’d be so good and he’s so fun to watch!
- Ariana was amazing – I really hope TOm is out of the question after his latest stunt. Kordell is a great idea.
It will be interesting if the announcement is made during the reunion, which will air August 19th on Peacock. That is around the time some of the cast comes out of the woodwork. Hopefully, for the fans, the show will listen and cast one of the Love Island Islanders.
