Steve and Mimi share two young children. Apparently, they are also friends with returning Married To Medicine cast member Dr. Contessa Metcalfe and her other half, Scott. This is likely how they were introduced to the group and wound up on the Bravo show.

Married To Medicine wrapped up filming for Season 11 recently. Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Lateasha Lunceford, Phaedra Parks, Quad Webb, Dr. Simon Whitmore, and Toya Bush Harris are all returning for the next season of the show as well.

There is one person who was introduced during Season 10 but won’t be returning for Season 11, Dr. Alicia Egolum.

One fan pointed out that Alicia departing for Season 11 was interesting. “Oh, full-time? She must’ve been good then bc Alicia’s mess with her husband had a lot of potential. M2M has a very strong casting pool,” they wrote.

Several people wondered how she’d interact with the other women on the cast. More specifically, one person commented, “Wonder how Jackie, Simone, and Heavenly will antagonize her.” Another person chimed in, “Dr. Heavenly already has her sights set on her, I bet.”

Others wondered why, if Dr. Mimi is friends with Contessa, why they wouldn’t bring Contessa back to the show. Numerous people begged for Phaedra Parks to leave the show, which is a possibility because she is currently in talks about returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta

There is no official release date for Married To Medicine Season 11, but it is expected to premiere in the spring of 2025.
