‘RHOC’ Jennifer Pedranti Settles Divorce, What Did She Get?

RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti has finally settled her divorce but what did she get in the process? In the premiere, she was really struggling but will she land on her feet after all is said and done? Keep reading for all of the details.

Jennifer Pedranti joined RHOC in Season 17 and she was an interesting character in an odd situation. She was separated from her husband, William, of twenty years and was currently dating Ryan Boyajian. Her co-star, Tamra Judge had some major concerns about Ryan. It seemed he had a sketchy past with the ladies and never could stay faithful. Moreover, Tamra questioned his fidelity when it came to Jennifer especially since she had children and wanted to start a life with him. Jennifer and her estranged husband shared five children but he worked in Oklahoma at her family’s business.

They had a home in the OC so whenever he would come to town, Jennifer would stay with Ryan to not disrupt her children’s living situation. Unfortunately, that home was sold by the owner so she needed a rental which co-star Gina Kirschenheiter helped her get. William was to pay a bulk of it but Jennifer had no idea he was not doing this so she ended up getting evicted. She put her money into her yoga studio so her father and Ryan were helping her. Plus, William no longer worked for her family’s business. Now, she and William are officially divorced but what did she get in the long run?

According to In Touch Weekly, Jennifer Pedranti will be paid monthly as well as a lump sum from William Pedranti. They will continue to share joint physical and legal custody of their children but they will live with Jennifer. William will pay for health insurance and neither can be disparaging about the other in front of their kids. As for the exact financials, she will receive $4,674 each month for four children as the fifth is 18. She will also get $1,735 a month in spousal support.

Jennifer Pedranti will have a reduction in her monthly money from William if her RHOC money increases. There is one caveat and that is spousal support will be null in void if Jennifer remarries. She is engaged to Ryan but there are some underlying legal issues that he is dealing with. So, she may want to hold off on that until she is back on her feet. As for the lump sum, Jennifer received $267,811 as well as two bank accounts, a retirement account, and all of the interest in her yoga company. William got the cars, the proceeds from their Ladera Ranch home, and a handful of bank accounts.
