‘MBFFL’ Glenn Thore Shares Why He Stayed With Whitney
Over the past few years, Glenn Thore’s life has completely changed. He buried his wife Babs, the love of his life, just a few winters ago. He learned more about his long-lost daughter Angie and her family.
After missing out on so much of Angie’s life, Glenn planned to move to Alabama to be near her. However, it doesn’t seem like that went according to plan.
In a new clip from My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Glenn details his reasons for staying behind with Whitney Way Thore instead.
Glenn Thore Changed His Mind About Alabama
Although Glenn Thore felt excited about his new adventure in Alabama, he ultimately couldn’t go through with it. A new clip reveals his reasons.
“Glenn is choosing to stay close to home š ā¤ļø #MyBigFatFabLife” the official TLC Instagram account captioned its video.
“You know, it hasn’t been that long since your mom’s not been with us,” Glenn tells Whitney and Hunter in the clip. “And Babs is only about 15 minutes away from here and I visit her at least once a week, sometimes two or three times. And I just couldn’t bear the thought of not being close to visit her.”
“I was able to go to Alabama and spend some time with Angie and her family,” Glenn continues in a confessional. “But you know really moving to Alabama after I thought about it was probably not the right thing for me at this point. I mean losing Babs was something that was catastrophic in my life and that’s a good reason for me to stay close to family and have their support because I miss her terribly.”
