‘Landman’ Premiere Announced: Details On ‘Yellowstone’ Creator’s New Paramount+ Series

There has been a lot of buzz around Taylor Sheridan’s new series Landman. Now, Paramount+ has announced the premiere date for the Yellowstone creator’s latest series. This series is based on the Boomtown podcast. When is the premiere? Also, what is this new series about?

What Is New Taylor Sheridan Series About?

What is Landman about? According to TV Insider, this is “a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in a world of oil rigs.” Moreover, it is “an upstairs/downstairs of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy, and our geopolitics.”

Starring in this new Taylor Sheridan series is Billy Bob Thornton. He portrays oil company crisis manager Tommy Norris. Next, Demi Moore portrays Cami Miller. She and Tommy are friends. However, she is married to one of the Texas oil billionaires who has a lot of power. That influential guy is Monty Miller. Jon Hamm portrays the oil tycoon.

Meanwhile, Ali Larter portrays Angela, Tommy’s ex-wife Angela. Michelle Randolph portrays Tommy and Angela’s 17-year-old daughter Ainsley. She is described as “wild and strong-willed.” Jacob Lofland portrays Tommy’s son, Cooper. He is new to working in the oil fields.

In addition, Andy Garcia and Michael Peña are guest stars in this new series. They portrays Galino and Armando.

When Calls The Heart Alum Kayla Wallace Is In Landman

Hearties have been interested in Landman because When Calls The Heart star Kayla Wallace is part of the cast. In this new Taylor Sheridan series, Wallace portrays Rebecca Savage. She is described as “extremely capable and intimidating.” Rebecca is a liability attorney. Her job in West Texas is to “clean up a mess.”

When Will Paramount+ Premiere Landman?

Paramount+ has announced when they will premiere Landman. The first two episodes will premiere on Sunday, November 17. Then, they will make a new episode available to stream each Sunday. There are a total of 10 episodes.

Demi Moore Has Commented On The Future Of Landman

At Cannes, Demi Moore shared her delight at working on Taylor Sheridan’s Landman. She revealed that they will start filming Season 2 early in 2025. That means the network has already given this series the green light.
