Luke Bryan is teaming up with an American Idol winner to honor country legend, Toby Keith. What do we know so far about this epic tribute to honor the country music icon?
Country World Still Mourning The Loss Of Icon Toby Keith
When it comes to the biggest names in country music, the late, great Toby Keith is right up there with the best of them. The country legend put out hits for decades. When he wasn’t in the studio writing chart-toppers, Toby Keith was a bonafide road warrior, playing show after show for years and giving his fans everything he had.
Back in February, Toby Keith passed at the age of 62 amid a very public struggle with stomach cancer. Despite everything he was dealing with, Keith still managed to play a handful of shows shortly before he passed. In that regard, he was able to do what he loved right up until the end.
Since he left this world, fans and fellow country music stars have been paying tribute to the legend, with many current chart-toppers sharing some of their favorite memories with Keith. He continues to have an impact on all those he touched with his music.
Luke Bryan And Other American Idol Celebs To Honor The Country Legend
It turns out, Luke Bryan and other American Idol winners will join forces with even more country music stars to pay fitting tribute to Toby Keith and everything he accomplished over the course of his illustrious career.
In addition to Luke Bryan, this Toby Keith event will also feature other heavy hitters like Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson. Along with that, other stars honoring Keith will also include Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Darius Rucker, and more.
