According to the synopsis, Lottie Morgan is at the top of her field. She is an event planner with a full schedule. However, she is willing to squeeze in time to take on a high-profile Christmas charity auction. It is for the Warby’s, the country’s most philanthropic family. Lottie knows this is going to elevate her name further.
The pièce de résistance of the auction is Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker. Tristan Warby, the black sheep of the family, is bringing it with him in his luggage. However, he is not flying private, and the airline lost his luggage. Now, Lottie must save the event and find the missing nutcracker, with Tristan in tow. Otherwise, this event is a bust.
“By investigating the bag they do have, they find an agenda that can be used as a blueprint for their hunt dubbed, “Operation Nutcracker.” Lottie and Tristan set out to search the city for the missing luggage, hoping fate will be on their side and that they will be able to track down the precious nutcracker in time – restoring the magic of Christmas.”
