Jessica Biel Seen Unhappy Following Justin Timberlake Arrest
Jessica Biel has been seen for the first time since her husband’s arrest. The actress was not with Justin Timberlake when he was arrested for driving under the influence early Tuesday morning. She was reportedly in New York City filming her new series. Now, since he has been arraigned and released from jail, she was seen in public. Jessica Biel Seen Following Justin Timberlake’s DWI Arrest
Justin Timberlake is not only in trouble with the law, he is probably in trouble with his wife. Jessica Biel was not with him at the time of his arrest. She was in New York City filming for her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister. Several hours after his arrest she was seen onset and focused on her role.
She was also seen in Central Park with a few co-workers. The times she was spotted in Manhattan she did not appear to look very happy. People spoke with a source who shared that she is focusing on her work more than ever. The source went on to say that Jessica is not happy about her husband’s arrest. She looks at it as a distraction and she does not like it.
They continued saying, “She had to film yesterday. She doesn’t like any attention on the family, especially not negative.” While Jessica is unhappy with these latest developments, she will always stand by his side.
The source went on to say that Justin is an amazing father and husband. It was also noted that she looked very tired but also was very focused on her job.
So far neither Jessica nor Justin have publicly addressed his arrest in Sag Harbor.

All About His Arrest
Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York following dinner with friends at the American Hotel. When he left in his 2025 BMW, officers pulled him over for running a stop sign and also being unable to stay in his lane of traffic.
While he claimed to only have had one martini, officers smelled alcohol strongly on his breath. Justin was given field sobriety tests which he failed. The singer refused a breathalyzer.
He remained in jail overnight until his arraignment on Tuesday morning. His court date has been set for July 26. This is the same day that he is supposed to kick off the European portion of his world tour.
