Will Justin Timberlake Tour Be Cancelled Amid DWI Arrest?
Justin Timberlake had a few days off from his Forget Tomorrow World Tour before having to gear back up for a performance in Chicago on June 21. Now, he is facing legal issues as he was formally charged with driving while intoxicated and two other traffic citations. He was arraigned in Sag Harbor Tuesday and will now have to appear in court at a later date. Will this arrest cause his tour to be canceled? Keep reading to find out what is known so far.
Will Justin Timberlake Be Forced To Cancel World Tour?
Justin Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday on charges of driving while intoxicated. Police pulled him over after seeing him cruise through a stop sign without stopping. He was also reportedly not staying in his lane of traffic.
When police pulled him over and spoke to him, he claimed to only have had one martini and then left to follow his friends home. He was pulled over around 12:30 am after being out to dinner at the American Hotel. Cops reportedly often patrol the area to look for intoxicated drivers leaving the restaurant after midnight.
After refusing a breathalyzer and failing his field sobriety tests, Timberlake was arrested and booked into the local jail. At that time he also refused a chemical test or breathalyzer to measure the alcohol level. He was held overnight and appeared before a judge Tuesday.
This is where things get tricky for Justin. The judge ordered him to appear in court on July 26. This happens to be the date the European portion of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour kicks off. He is scheduled to perform for two nights, July 26 and 27 in Poland. Following those two nights the tour continues at various locations across Europe.
The Sun shared that insiders revealed Justin’s team is doing everything they can to not cancel these tour dates. The insider said that “He will not want to let his fans down.”
Fans will have to stay tuned to find out if he will be forced to cancel or postpone some of his European tour dates.

Where Was Jessica Biel?
Justin Timberlake’s wife Jessica Biel was not there with him when the arrest occurred. She was reportedly filming in New York City. She still was not there with him when he was handcuffed and arraigned on Tuesday.
Neither Justin nor Jessica have made a statement about the DWI arrest.
