Justin Timberlake Mugshot Released By Police
Singer Justin Timberlake made headlines Tuesday after news broke he was arrested in New York. The pop star was reportedly pulled over by police in Sag Harbor following a night out with friends. He was reportedly following them back to their place. Following his arrest and release, police released his mug shot. Keep reading to find out more and see the photo.
Sag Harbor Police Release Justin Timberlake’s Mugshot
Sag Harbor police released Justin Timberlake’s mugshot which was obtained while being booked into jail on charges of driving while intoxicated. Police said when speaking to him his eyes appeared glassy and bloodshot. The photo appears to back that up.
Police initially pulled over Justin when they noticed he was traveling southbound in a 2025 BMW and failed to stop at a posted stop sign. He also failed to “maintain his lane of travel.”
When officers confronted Timberlake he claimed to have only had one martini. However, police officers smelled alcohol on his breath and said his speech was slow. They did a series of field sobriety tests on him and he failed. Justin did not consent to a breathalyzer.
Once booked in jail he would remain there overnight. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court. He was arraigned on Tuesday, June 18 at 9:30 a.m. Justin was led into court in handcuffs with his hands in front of him.
He was formally charged with a DWI and also given two citations for running the stop sign and not staying in his lane of traffic.
Timberlake left the courthouse with his attorney.

His Court Date Could Interfere With Tour
The judge set Justin Timberlake’s court date for July 26. This just so happens to be the date the European portion of his tour is supposed to kick off. He is currently scheduled to have two shows on July 26 and 27 in Poland.
Sources close to the situation say that Timberlake does not want to disappoint fans and will do whatever he can to make sure the tour goes on.
Justin is scheduled to perform again on Friday in Chicago.

So far neither he nor his wife Jessica Biel have issued a statement on the arrest. Jessica was said to be filming her new series in New York City.
