Tori Spelling ‘Trashes’ Lavish Rental & Moves Family Abruptly
Undeniably, the past year of Tori Spelling’s life has been a huge transition since leaving Dean McDermott. Likewise, their five kids are also in the middle of the split between them. In particular, Tori and the kids have moved many times in the past year.
Tori Spelling And Her Kids Are On The Move
Reportedly, Tori Spelling has uprooted her family once again. She has been living in a lavish five-bedroom, three-bathroom rental home with a shocking monthly price tag of $15,000. The rental home is complete with a brand-new pool, spa area, and tons of space for her family of six. The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress and her five children, Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7, have lived in the beautiful home for four months. However, on June 1, they were hurriedly vacating the premises.

Even though the family of six had only been in the home for four months since Tori Spelling signed the lease, they weren’t wasting time getting out. After leaving, the homeowner declared, “It’s completely trashed,” speaking about the home. Likewise, they say it is taking an entire clean-up crew to restore it. Admittedly, the homeowner mentions it took several “big dumpster” loads to clear the mess. Furthermore, one neighbor said, “Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back.” Additionally, the person attests, “The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home.” Then, they also said, “There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.” Previously, knowledge of family pets has been discussed. Tori loves animals and has been said to have dogs, chickens, pigs, guinea pigs, and even a bearded dragon.
Likely Not Getting The Deposit Back
In February, Tori Spelling and the kids moved into this fully furnished rental home. When signing the lease, Tori Spelling had an upfront $7500 security deposit. Reportedly, there were pet carriers, furniture, and many other household items left on the curb after the move. Additionally, Tori’s former neighbor said, “I’d be shocked if that covered all the damages,” referring to the deposit. Notably, the neighbor thinks, “It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to the way it was before she moved in.”
Tori Spelling Hasn’t Stayed Anywhere For Long
Since Tori Spelling’s sudden move, the homeowner has rethought the asking price for the monthly rent. When the relisting happened, there was an increase in cost by nearly $2,000 for the new renter, with a monthly $16,950 agreement. For Tori, this was the fourth living arrangement that has fallen through in the past year. In July 2023, Tori and the kids had no choice but to leave their long-term rental after discovering a mold infestation. Then, they spent some time in a cheap motel and an RV.
But they were able to move into a “fully furnished rental home” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles. That home was even more expensive than the last rental with an $18,000 payment each month. However, the family quickly left the home after a SWAT evacuation. Candy Spelling, Tori’s mother, and her good friend, Josh Flagg have offered her help on the house search in the past. Currently, her plan for the next home is still in the works. While she is facing this decision, she still has financial challenges of owing City National Bank over $200,000.
