In an Instagram post, Cleo shared a clip from her cosmetic surgery. The 90 Day Fiance star calls it her “medical transition process,” as it changes her appearance into a more feminine look. “It’s happening!! This is the start of my medical transition process. It would never have happened without your support and generosity,” Cleo captioned, adding that she’s good friends with the surgeon who will work on her face. The UK native also received positive comments from fans supporting her major decision.
