During an episode of Happily Ever After? Season 8, Liz opened up about her huge fight with Big Ed. The 90 Day Fiance star got into an argument with Big Ed after he made taco pasta, which is too spicy for her daughter. It seemed that receiving hate for his signature dish broke his heart, and left their house the next day. Liz didn’t expect Big Ed to go as far as to call off their wedding. But despite the downfall of their engagement, Liz confessed that she didn’t want to give up that easily.
Liz Shares Sad Reason She Stayed With Big Ed
During an interview, Liz Woods shared why she wanted to stay with Big Ed. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, she’s been having difficulties since Big Ed left their house. He usually watches over her daughter. Due to this, she quickly felt his absence, especially when it came to household chores. She also shared that Big Ed’s decision to cancel their wedding was “traumatizing.”
“I think once you get comfortable in a situation, it’s hard to leave,” she added before saying that she gave up a lot for the sake of being with Big Ed. “I just feel like Ed and I were attacked and bullied so much in our relationship that they think that our love wasn’t real, and it really was, so I just wanted to fight for that and also I wanted to, like, fight for him,” Liz said, adding that she invested so much in him.

A Reddit user recently discovered that Liz is working at a restaurant in San Diego, California. They were even served by the 90 Day Fiance star, but the poster decided not to bring up the reality show. But they revealed that Liz was very kind and professional.
Liz Woods has yet to share updates about her status with Big Ed, though it was reported that she’s now dating a man named Jayson Zuniga. There are several photos of them online. But it seems Liz is not allowed to talk about it yet, as she’s still working with TLC.
