Long-time fans of the Kardashian clan may already know that Kendall Jenner is a huge fan of the Bachelor franchise. In a recent episode of the family’s Hulu reality show, she tuned in to the Golden Bachelor premiere, which aired in September 2023.
The Golden Bachelor is a spinoff catered to the older generation. Senior citizen Gerry Turner sought love in a sea of women contestants who were his age. The success of the show spawned another spinoff, The Golden Bachelorette, which will air this fall.
Knowing what a super fan her daughter was, Kris Jenner arranged for Gerry Turner to come over for dinner. And a Hulu camera crew captured it all for an upcoming episode of The Kardashians.
While the model was excited to meet the Bachelor Nation star, something happened during the encounter that left her saying she wasn’t supposed to see that. What wasn’t she supposed to see?
Kendall Jenner Left Shocked By Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner
“This is the most excited I’ve been in a really long time,” Kendall Jenner confessed to the cameras about having Gerry Turner over for dinner. But according to Us Weekly, things took a turn when the Golden Bachelor took out his phone.
Kendall Jenner reportedly caught a glimpse of something on his phone that left her rattled.
“Did you not see what I saw? I saw his phone,” Kendall said to someone off-camera. She added, “I’ve seen some things that I shouldn’t have seen.”
The outlet notes that The Kardashians and the first season of The Golden Bachelor were filmed at the same time in the fall of 2023. Could the supermodel have seen something to indicate that Gerry Turner was engaged to Theresa Nist?
Viewers didn’t find out until the season finale aired on November 30, 2023. Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist tied the knot less than two months later in a televised ceremony on ABC. However, they announced their decision to divorce in April, just three months later.
