Bachelorette Alum Goes Missing
Trista Sutter’s name has dominated headlines for the last week and not for a good reason. Her husband of over 20 years, Ryan Sutter, caused mass panic with several odd posts about missing his wife. His original post was just about missing her on Mother’s Day, but then it escalated into a post about missing her voice and talking to her. Some fans were concerned that their marriage was in trouble and a few even thought she might have died.
The Bachelorette alum returned to social media over the weekend to assure everyone that she’s fine. “For those concerned, I’m safe and sound, happy and healthy, in love and grateful,” she wrote on Instagram.
Trista didn’t reveal where she’d been, only that “an opportunity for perspective and personal growth presented itself.” The general belief is that she was off filming a reality show, possibly Peacock’s The Traitors or Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. Both reality competitions return for Season 3, likely in late 2024 or early 2025.

The Sutter family took to the beach after Trista’s return home. She shared a photo on social media enjoying some “me time.” However, her version of “me time” had some fans concerned. The Bachelorette star shared a photo lounging on the beach, soaking in the sun’s rays.
Bachelor Nation fans took to Reddit to share their thoughts on the sun-kissed post. One fan wrote, “Trista with the no filter and real skin texture is refreshing.”
They added, “Hope she’s got sunscreen on though.”
Another Bachelor Nation fan chimed, “Oh my god I know, I was like put on a hat Trista!!! Stresses me out!”
Several high-profile celebs have had bouts of skin cancer recently, including Too Hot To Handle and Dancing With The Stars alum Harry Jowsey. Hopefully, Trista Sutter used sunscreen and won’t be the next to get skin cancer. Especially considering she lives in sunny Colorado.
