Khloe Kardashian’s “cringy” ex is giving fans “secondhand embarrassment” in a key scene between the two of them. The Season 5 premiere of The Kardashians was filled with a lot of emotions but Khloe had one thing on her mind. She was a fierce mama bear but her baby daddy had to be involved in some capacity. Season 5 of The Kardashians began Thursday, May 23rd and Khloe Kardashian was all about her children. When Kim Kardashian was headed to Paris Fashion Week with Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, they wanted Khloe to tag along. Yet, it was only going to be for twelve hours and that did not appeal to Khloe. She made it clear that she had a routine with her kids, True and Tatum, and that took precedence over anything. Though she may not seem as exciting as she once was, this is how she preferred her life.

Later in the episode, she went to see her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, who had signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers. While Khloe was there, he showed her around True’s room and then they sat to chat. Tristan suggested the concept of them living together as a family again but that was not working for Khloe. He even mentioned putting a tunnel between the two of their homes. However, Khloe has grown tired of trying to stay on her game to remind him nothing will ever happen between them.

Fans watching started a Reddit thread about the combined home comment. They felt that Tristan took it a bit too far with Khloe and were actually embarrassed for him:

Khloe Loves It All

Though Khloe Kardashian maintained that she did not want anything to do with Tristan Thompson, some followers felt differently. They thought that Khloe actually loved the attention she was getting from him and the ideas he was proposing:

• She likes that man and wants him around still, that’s why he wasn’t excommunicated like Kanye or Scott at the time. At least she’s embarrassed about it.

At this point, fans are waiting to see if Khloe will find someone new or keep Tristan hanging on. Either way, she seems to still like the attention no matter what she says.
